how are the conventions construsted differently in Agent Cody Banks and Monster Inc.

In these two opening sequences there are many different conventions that have been constructed such as in monsters inc the opening music was happy and cheerful which shows it's comedy side, where as Agent Cody Banks had sinister music to portray its seriousness. both of the opening sequences start of with an establishing shot but in monsters inc is of the work and what they do in a humorous manner, where in Agent Cody Banks it has an establishing shot of the boy waking up on a normal day. in agent Cody banks there are some tilt shots and panning shots used to show the good interactions between the characters, showing that they are close, whereas in Monsters. Inc they use high angle and low angle shots to show the bad interactions between the characters, in the sense that the monster is scared of the "human child". The opening of monsters inc starts with the names of the company that made the film and the main title, it is short and just has the names of the company. people recognize the company for the company from their past work and will want to watch the film just from knowing it has been made by them. Agent Cody banks also beings with the name of the company it comes from but it is much briefer. 
In Agent cody banks, a two shot has been used to give the audience an idea of the relationship between the characters, whereas in monsters inc there are a lot of mid-shots used, as there is only one character and the opening is constructed like this to show his reaction to his environment
